Situated within the Boscome Spa Resort, between the town centres of Bournemouth and Boscombe and only a 10 minute walk to the 7 miles of golden sandy beaches.

The award winning Boscombe Pier and Boscombe Spa Resort plus Europe's first man made surfers reef are all within easy walking distance from the hotel, approximately 750m, and can be reached via the 'Green' flag winning Boscombe Chine Gardens.  Bournemouth 02 Academy is situated in Boscombe town centre.

The hotel is a large detached Victorian house set in its own grounds, with an enclosed garden at the rear of the property available for use by guests.

The accommodation comprises single, double and family rooms, with en suite or private showering facilities available.  The bedrooms are light and spacious, with colour TV including digital channels, radio alarm clock and complimentary refreshments provided.  Hairdryers, iron and ironing board are available on request. Free Wi Fi connection available throughout the hotel.

A large spacious guest lounge, with colour TV and digital channels, DVD player (a selection of DVD's are available) for use by guests during your stay.  Secure wet or dry suit drying area and storage available for surfers and divers.

Please note that access to the hotel is by two steps up to the front door, so may be unsuitable for people with walking disabilities.
